Due to the Covid-19 pandemic we are limiting access inside our hospital for all of our safety and so that we can continue to be here for your pets medical needs. Only one pet parent is allowed to accompany their pet in the exam room for appointments except for certain specific circumstances. . When you arrive at the practice Please call 561-434-2097 or Text us at 561-408-7889 to let us know you are here and what vehicle you are driving and where you are parked.
Due to current safety protocols our phone lines are much busier than normal. We encourage you to text us for prescriptions refills, food refills and less urgent questions whenever possible. We apologize for any inconvenience or longer than normal on hold time and appreciate your patience.
Once you call or text to check in for an appointment a team member will contact you. Please have your cell phone available.
For all of our safety our team members will be wearing a face covering or mask for any client interactions both inside and outside the hospital. Please be aware that you will be required to wear a face covering or mask that covers your mouth and nose in order for a team member to interact with you.
We also ask that you follow social distancing guidelines whenever possible.
Prescription pick up and prescription diet pick up remains curbside.
If your pet is having a true medical emergency during regular business hours and you cannot get through by phone drive directly to our hospital. Drive to the curbside and come right to the front door. Please try calling again on your way here to help our team be prepared to triage your pet and expedite the check in process.

We are regularly monitoring updates on the Covid-19 pandemic and have sanitation and safety protocols in place based on guidance from the CDC (Center for Disease Control), AVMA(American Veterinary Medical Assoc.),
