We Have Upgraded Your Pet Health Records!

We are excited to announce major upgrades to our mobile app. This upgrade now allows you to see real-time reminders, schedule appointments, request refills on medications and food, and much more! The improved Loyalty Rewards System now allows you to choose when you want to claim your rewards and how you would like to claim your rewards. You are no longer restricted to waiting until your stamp card is full! Better yet, the system now automatically tracks your rewards in our "cloud-based" network so you no longer have to remember to bring your mobile device and hand it over to receive credit.
Please review instructions in their entirty to ensure you do not lose any current stamps!
This upgrade is available starting today! It's simple to opt-in. Here's how:
1) Download the NEW mobile app from the Google Play or Apple Store by clicking one of the links below (you must be using your mobile phone in order to install the application).
2) After you have installed and opened the app on your mobile phone click the "sign up" button on the home page of the app. Enter your email address, choose a password and click the blue sign up button. 
3) You will then be sent a confirmation email. Click the link in that email. Check your SPAM folder if you do not see the confirmation in your inbox. 

You can now login to our mobile app to view upcoming appointmentshealthcare remindersrefill prescriptionsrequest appointments and more!
      
IMPORTANT: Once you have installed the new app, it is important that you keep our old app on your device until you have come into the office so that we can transfer your old loyalty rewards into the new system. Once this has been completed by our team, you may then delete our old app. Deleting our old app or upgrading your device prior to having our team transfer the loyalty rewards will cause a forfeit in all previous stamps. Alternativly, you may take a screen shot of your stamps if you need to remove the app or upgrade your device prior to visiting us.
